The slag detection system for remote tapping, PolySLAG, is system composed by 2 Cameras: a thermal (320x240 resolution 2000° lenses) and a color view one (1600x1200 resolution). The displays elaborate virtual flow (green steel, red slag) with a real-time indication of the percentage of slag and steel during the tapping, recording images and storage cycle and it allows to manage the tapping automatically.
